At Radiant Scales, we strive to provide high-quality marketing and advertising services for transportation and trucking companies. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Refunds

If no applications/customers are received within the first 30 days of service, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the amount paid for that month.

To qualify for this refund:

  • The campaign must have been running continuously for the full 30 days.

  • All onboarding requirements (such as providing required business info, creative approvals, and access permissions) must have been completed on time.

  • The client must not pause, modify, or interfere with the campaign during the 30-day period.

If at least one application/customer is received during the first 30 days, the service is considered delivered and no refund will be issued.​​​

No Refunds After First Month

After the first 30 days, all sales are final.

Radiant Scales does not guarantee:

  • Sales

  • Revenue

  • Lead volume

  • ROI

  • Ad performance

Cancellations

You may request to cancel ongoing services; however:

  • All cancellations must be emailed to us.

  • Contracts renew in 2-month increments.

  • At the end of each 2-month cycle, you have a 7-day cancellation window to end the contract.

  • If no cancellation request is received during that 7-day window, the contract automatically renews for another 2-month term.

  • Your service will remain active until the end of the current 2-month term.
