Services Provided

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to engage our Company on behalf of your business (if applicable).

Eligibility

Payment terms are defined in the individual service agreement or invoice issued to the client. By purchasing any Service, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with that Service

  • Allow Radiant Scales (or its payment processors) to charge the authorized payment method

All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing. No refunds will be issued for completed service periods, ad spend, or work already performed.

Payments & Billing

To successfully deliver our Services, clients must:

  • Allow proper access to advertising accounts, platforms, or tools

  • Ensure compliance with applicable advertising laws and platform policies

Radiant Scales is not responsible for delays, performance issues, or service limitations resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client cooperation.

Client Responsibilities

Radiant Scales does not guarantee:

  • Specific revenue or lead-generation results

  • Certain ad performance metrics

  • Outcomes such as increased profitability, customer acquisition, or business growth

All Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

No Guarantees or Warranties

All content created by Radiant Scales — including marketing materials, ad creative, strategies, copywriting, and graphics — remains the intellectual property of Radiant Scales unless explicitly transferred in writing.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any proprietary content without written permission.

Intellectual Property Rights

Radiant Scales may suspend or terminate your access to Services if:

  • Payments are overdue

  • You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities

Upon termination, outstanding balances remain owed.

Account Termination & Suspension

We may integrate with or use third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads). Radiant Scales is not responsible for:

  • Outages or policy changes by third-party platforms

  • Ad account suspensions

  • Platform errors or limitations

Clients must comply with all third-party terms and policies.

Third-Party Tools & Platforms

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radiant Scales is not liable for:

  • Lost revenue or profits

  • Business interruptions

  • Data loss

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with our Services is to discontinue using them.

Limitation of Liability

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Radiant Scales, its owners, and its contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from:

  • Your violation of third-party rights
